Real Life Sites

In order to be eligible for this award, you must be a current participant in the Real Life afterschool program, or have participated in the past with the Real Life program. Real Life partners with Promise South Salt Lake, Refugee and Immigrant Center - Asian Association of Utah, Umoja Generation, and Salt Lake School District.

Letter of Recommendation

To complete your application, we must receive one recommendation form from a person who knows you well and can speak on your behalf.
