Real Life Scholarship

The Real Life Scholarship is a need-based college scholarship available for Real Life high school seniors or college students of refugee or immigrant background. 

The 2026 Real Life Scholarship Application will open on January 1.

Applicant must:

  1. Be or have been a Real Life afterschool program participant

  2. Come from a refugee or immigrant background

  3. Be a high school senior or undergraduate student

  4. Be highly motivated to succeed

What's Required?

  1. Personal Essay (1-2 pages about personal education, background, and career goals)

  2. Unofficial Transcript

  3. Copy of Photo I.D. (School, State, or Driver's License)

  4. Letter of Recommendation
